Chelsea has a gentle treatment approach that often mixes relaxation, gentle holds (that work to regulate the nervous system) and movement, with light to moderate pressure.
Chelsea has an interest in women’s health, and has taken continuing education courses on pregnancy massage, complicated pregnancies, fibromyalgia, and perimenopause/menopause among other courses.
Since graduating from the West Coast College of Massage in 2010, she has enjoyed working and living on the Westshore. When not at work she is exploring the beautiful forests and beaches Victoria has to offer, with her family. She looks forward to working with you!

Kari Lund, Registered Massage Therapist, will be on maternity leave beginning mid-June 2025 and is expected to return in June 2026. During her absence, patients are welcome to book appointments with her locum, Julia, or with her colleague, Chelsea.
Kari graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria in 2011. She has completed Level 1 Mastectomy Guide for Healthcare Professionals training and holds certifications in perinatal massage, as well as specialized training in post-caesarean scar treatment. Kari has a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing complications following surgeries such as mastectomies.
Her passion for massage therapy has continued to grow through her education, practicum, and professional practice. Kari is committed to making a meaningful impact on her clients’ health and well-being. She incorporates a range of techniques including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish massage, and therapeutic stretching. She views massage therapy as a powerful tool for addressing various physical conditions and promoting overall health.
Kari encourages her patients to take an active role in their wellness and believes strongly in the benefits of preventative care through regular massage therapy.
